Physiotherapy Assistant – Casual Part‑Time at Lifemark Seniors Wellness, Windsor, ON

Compensation

Base pay CA$17.80 / hr – CA$18.00 / hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising physiotherapist with treatment plans for residents in residential care communities.
• Perform treatments as prescribed by the supervising physiotherapist, including gait training, balance exercises, transfer training, range‑of‑motion, strengthening, and modalities (heat, ice, ultrasound, TENS).
• Deliver dynamic, safe, and therapeutic exercise classes for groups of residents.
• Set up, operate, and clean equipment used in residents' treatments.
• Maintain a safe and tidy resident gym and treatment areas.
• Communicate regularly with the physiotherapist regarding resident status or treatment changes.
• Record daily treatments in Seniors Wellness’ web‑based system.
