The Brick is actively seeking to expand our Fleet support team. We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude! We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Support Representative with a passion for customer service to join our team at The Brick\'s delivery department!
Responsibilities
Handle settlement of property damage cases from initial report through final resolution
Negotiate settlements and ensure timely compensation processes
- Provide courteous, prompt and professional service to drivers and customers over the phone
- Resolve customer concerns and respond to their inquiries
- Process routine clerical transactions in-between phone calls
- Full cycle biweekly payroll processing for commission, hourly employees
- Maintain time & attendance tracking system
- Respond to payroll inquiries from retail locations with urgency and be a solution provider
- Intermediate Excel skills including vlookup, pivot tables, data manipulation and analysis
- Work closely with retail locations and other areas of Human Resources within the organization
- Assist with other payroll duties, as assigned
Qualifications
Some retail and payroll experienceKnowledge of ADP, Kronos and Workforce Now (WFN) preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsBasic excel skillsAbility to manage confidential and sensitive employee personnel filesExceptional organizational and time-management skills requiredMust display a positive attitude, be flexible and able to adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure, without sacrificing detailSelf starter and team player; able to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to interpret, implement and adhere to organizational policies and proceduresWhy The Brick?
