Flaman Sales Ltd. has a great opportunity for you!!!! Our Lethbridge, Alberta location currently has an opening for a friendly, motivated and experienced Transport Trailer/Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team!!!

Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Work safely and efficiently
• Complete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures and protocols
• Problem Solving and Trouble Shooting
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues
• Repair/Service/Maintain equipment and trailers
• Installation of accessories and equipment
• Provide top notch customer service
• Other duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Journeyman/woman, 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice Heavy Duty Mechanic (must have experience)
• Familiar with mechanical and agricultural/trailer equipment (farming background would be an asset)
• Team player with a positive “can do” attitude
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Have a great work ethic and eager to learn new things
• Good communication skills and willingness to help other team members
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull or carry heavy products, up to 55lbs on your own (as required)
• CVIP Certification (considered an asset)
• Valid Class 5 License, clean driver’s abstract and satisfactory criminal record check
• Must have own tools
