Location: Canada (Only candidates legally entitled to work and currently residing in Canada will be considered)

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and target companies in need of HR, Payroll, and Recruitment services.
- Present our recruitment solutions, highlighting our competitive advantages and HR expertise.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues to maintain excellent retention rates.
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to develop customized proposals that meet each client’s specific needs.
- Stay up to date on the recruitment and employment landscape, conduct competitive analyses, and adjust strategies to maintain our advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a recruitment firm or similar service-based environment.
- Proven track record of selling services and exceeding sales targets.
- Bilingual in French & English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset and work ethic.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborative, persuasive, and relationship-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
