We're seeking a dynamic professional with a strong background in fundraising and direct-response TV (DRTV) to join our client's team. This role requires a blend of creative leadership, project management, and presentation expertise, as you help shape the future of our direct-response and performance-based TV campaigns. You’ll play a key part in producing successful TV campaigns for clients, while also adapting to new media platforms. Reporting to the VP, Creative and Production, your work will support some of the world’s largest and most impactful charitable organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of world-class DRTV campaigns, from concept to completion, in collaboration with our VP of Fundraising Strategy.
  • Oversee and collaborate with our in-house editors and graphic design team in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment to deliver commercials that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Source and direct freelancers and external creative agencies to complement our internal team, ensuring high-quality production.
  • Review and approve final creative materials with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain master production schedules for all clients and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop and participate in creative presentations for clients.
  • Stay fully informed of clients’ fundraising goals, brand identity, marketing strategies, and organizational needs.
  • Drive continuous improvements in our creative output, fostering innovation and maintaining leadership within the industry.
  • Stay updated on the latest DRTV practices and emerging trends in CTV, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in fundraising, with knowledge of DRTV, marketing, and branding.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to adapt in a fast-evolving creative environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings in the U.S.
