Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (e.g., Accuro). Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may perform other related duties as assigned by their supervisor to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Position : Medical Office Assistant (FT)
Responsibilities :
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Maintain electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
- Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
