Nous recrutons actuellement pour l’un de nos clients :

Poste de Chargé(e) de projet

  • 📍 Localisation : Laval, Québec

Rôles et responsabilités

  • Coordonner les projets en interne (soumission / exécution).
  • Planifier et suivre l’avancement des travaux selon les échéanciers.
  • Créer, planifier, superviser et assurer le montage des dossiers de projets.
  • Préparer les budgets, bons de commande et contrats de sous-traitance.
  • Analyser et comparer les plans et devis (soumission vs construction).
  • Interpréter et respecter les plans et devis techniques.
  • Visiter les chantiers et élaborer des stratégies contractuelles.
  • Planifier le matériel et les achats spécifiques aux projets.
  • Préparer, négocier et approuver les documents liés aux projets (avis de changements, déficiences, décomptes, PIE, mémos de livraison, dessins d’ateliers, etc.).
  • Planifier, coordonner et céder les sous-traitants ainsi que les étapes de construction.
  • Traiter et approuver les factures des fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
  • Analyser l’avancement des travaux, quantifier les bordereaux, effectuer les demandes de paiements et assurer le suivi.
  • Respecter et analyser les coûts des projets tout au long de leur réalisation.
  • Vérifier la conformité aux normes et lois en vigueur (permis, acceptation provisoire, fin de contrat, sous-traitants, etc.).
  • Finaliser administrativement les projets.

    • Profil recherché

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets (ou jeune profil motivé et prêt à apprendre).
  • Solides aptitudes d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et autonomie.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs priorités.
  • Leadership, initiative et aisance dans la communication.
  • Bonne capacité de négociation et d’adaptation au changement.
