We are looking for a French Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a team in the Insurance industry located in Mississauga.

Responsibilities

In this French Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist role in Mississauga, you will hold the following responsibilities :

• Billing and Invoicing : Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
• Payment Processing : Record and apply payments received from clients, ensuring all transactions are documented correctly.
• Accounts Reconciliation : Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Collections : Follow up on overdue invoices and collect remaining payments.
• Customer Communication : Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues, payment discrepancies, and account statuses in a timely and professional manner.
• Reporting : Assist in preparing periodic financial reports related to accounts receivable, aging reports, and collections.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this French Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist role in Mississauga, you will need the following qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year of full cycle AR experience.
• Must have excellent command of French and English.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
