As Director of Maintenance , your responsibilities will include :
- Planning, organizing, and controlling all hotel activities to ensure efficient operations;
- Transmitting relevant information and assigning tasks to the team according to daily needs;
- Coordinating the delivery of tools and materials based on purchase orders;
- Providing necessary information for budget establishment and ensuring compliance;
- Developing and implementing quality standards and norms to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Participating in renovation and preventive maintenance projects of rooms and the building;
- Taking disciplinary action when rules and hotel standards are not respected;
- Working closely with other hotel departments to ensure effective coordination;
- Performing all administrative tasks in accordance with hotel procedures;
- Ensuring that all hotel equipment is functioning properly;
- Identifying and addressing conflict and demotivation situations in the team, retaining staff, and ensuring a good working environment;
- Managing and ensuring the application of hygiene and safety standards to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff;
- Purchasing necessary products for technical maintenance and repairs, and controlling department invoices and expenses;
- Managing inventory and stock to ensure availability of products and materials required for maintenance and repairs.
