- Conduct accurate and insightful sales forecasting, providing valuable insights for strategic planning and decision‑making.
- Sales Process
- Qualify and develop customer opportunities by identifying customer pain points and critical results to achieve.
- Utilize the PPVVCC Approach.
- Employ consultative selling techniques, actively engaging with clients to understand challenges and collaboratively recommend solutions.
- Successfully close sales by addressing objections and guiding clients through the decision‑making process.
- Information Management
- Keep our CRM up to date following established procedures and standards to maximize sales efficiency and facilitate collaboration with the team.
- Effective Leadership
- Create a collaborative environment with internal and external teams.
- Increase visibility and awareness of products and services to maximize sales growth.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals using customer‑focused engagement strategies.
Essential Skills And Qualifications To Be Successful
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industrial B2B market.
- Strong technical aptitude and experience in industrial applications.
- Willing and able to travel with no restrictions.
- Curious, adept at learning new technologies.
- Ability to cultivate lasting business relationships.
- Exercise influential leadership.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic mindset that applies to all scopes of projects and issues.
- Highly motivated and innovative with an entrepreneurial work ethic.
- Customer‑centric mindset, making customers and their needs a primary focus.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Written and verbal communication skills in French would be considered an asset.
Work Location
Kirkland, QC, travel required. Hybrid, possibility of occasional telework.
