Our client, a highly reputable law firm located in bustling central Surrey, is actively seeking a Corporate / Commercial LAA / Paralegal. The successful applicant will be an integral part of a corporate / commercial and real estate practice. Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to :
- Draft, edit, and review commercial loan documents, leases, contracts and other documents
- Liaise with clients, banks and other counsel
- Conduct PPSA searches
- Prepare and draft reporting letters

Salary : $70,000 – $95,000 per year dependent on experience.
