Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Territory Manager - Shortline for our Trochu Agriculture location.
The Territory Manager - Agriculture role is vital in the creation, fostering, and growing of Customer relationships within the defined area of responsibility (AOR) with the goal of increasing sales and rental revenue of New and Used Wholegoods. A successful Territory Manager (TM) will have extensive knowledge of all potential users of new and used John Deere equipment within their designated AOR, be aware and participate in the purchasing and rental activities of all Customers, and report back to the Company on activity / transaction details on a day-to-day basis. The TM will also identify other business opportunities within the AOR that may be served by other areas of Brandt – Parts & Service, Sales of other products represented or manufactured by Brandt (ex : On Highway trucks & trailers, equipment attachments, etc.).

What You Will Be Responsible For
- New account creation and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Customers.
- Achieve sales targets as set out by the Company.
- Continuous development of a comprehensive sales pipeline of immediate / future Customer opportunities.
- Promote and sell all types of New & Used Wholegoods assigned to the role.
- Promote rental and rental purchase of New and Used Wholegoods.
- Understand and apply machine and company feature, advantage, benefit statements to drive sales success.
- Deliver continuous prospecting activity and development of new accounts.
- Keep current on product knowledge and industry (competitive) models.
- Actively participate in and promote Brandt during industry events as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, Customer interactions, and quotations.
- Submit lost‑sales reports on a timely basis (weekly) to the manager.
What We Look For
Sales industry experience and / or a comprehensive knowledge of agriculture equipment considered an asset.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers.Highly motivated, ambitious and energetic entrepreneurial outlook.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Proficient computer knowledge and skills including Microsoft Office suite.Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver’s abstract and valid passport are required.Being bilingual (English & French) is considered an asset.What We Offer
