Description de posteBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Interest in (or experience with) the GYROTONIC® Method, functional movement, strength training, or somatic-based rehabilitation No GYROTONIC® movement experience yet? No problem—we can help with this too! Strong communication and client‑centred clinical reasoning skills A genuine love of movement, people, and empowering long‑term wellness A Movement‑Centred Model : Treatment doesn’t end at the plinth. You’ll incorporate 3D movement, strength, mobility, and neuromuscular training into every session. A Collaborative Team : You’ll never practice in isolation—our clinicians communicate, mentor each other, and problem‑solve as a collective. A Beautiful Space : Natural light, high‑quality equipment, and a supportive environment built to help you thrive. Administrative and Marketing Support : Focus on care while our team handles the logistics. Professional Growth : Opportunities to train in the GYROTONIC® method, receive mentorship, and expand your clinical toolbox. Flexibility : Build a full‑time caseload that aligns with your goals. Competitive Compensation : Earn a strong fee split on your direct physiotherapy services, with opportunities to increase your earnings as your caseload grows. Earn an additional split on PTA‑led sessions that incorporate the GYROTONIC® method—allowing you to expand your treatment impact and generate meaningful additional revenue. This dual‑model approach supports both your financial growth and your evolution as a movement‑focused clinician. Stat holiday pay + vacation pay (employee role).

Who We Are
PT'MOVEMENT is an integrated wellness centre grounded in the belief that movement is medicine. Our team includes physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopathic manual therapists, GYROTONIC® instructors, holistic nutritionists, and specialized movement educators who share a passion for helping patients transform their mobility and well‑being. We are one of the few clinics in Canada integrating the GYROTONIC® method directly into our physiotherapy treatment planning—giving clinicians a unique, three-dimensional movement framework that enhances strength, mobility, coordination, and functional recovery. Our space is bright, warm, fully equipped, and intentionally designed to support both clinicians and clients in meaningful, long‑term movement growth.
What You’ll Do
- Complete comprehensive assessments aligned with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Build treatment plans that combine hands‑on care, exercise rehab, current science, and GYROTONIC®-inspired movement
- Work collaboratively with our admin and interprofessional team
- Provide clear education and empower clients to understand and own their progress
- Bring curiosity, creativity, and problem‑solving to complex cases
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture grounded in communication, professional integrity, and innovation
