Key Responsibilities : Modeling & Data Activation Build and refine feature sets, statistical models, clustering models and recommendation engines to support optimization, automation and personalization use cases.Collect and validate business requirements across departments / teams to ensure models align to intended use cases.Assess data availability and suitability for modeling and segmentation work. Deploy and automate models and pipelines in partnership with engineering.Monitor production models and segmentations for drift, bias, stability and accuracy; taking corrective action as needed. Analytical Research Conduct statistical analyses and research to support decision making, strategy development and operational insights. Collaborate with business partners to understand data-generating processes, business objectives and research needs.Complete ad hoc queries, aggregations and visualizations to address emerging business questions and planning needs.Present analytical findings in a clear, objective and audience-appropriate manner, including any relevant limitations or potential sources of error. Data Set Development Build standardized data sets using SQL, dbt, R or Python to support reporting, feature engineering and downstream data applications. Develop and deliver derived data elements including aggregates, summaries and calculated attributes. Ensure data quality and resilience to missing values, outliers and schema changes. Data Product Support Support the design and development of dashboards, reports and other data products that translate analytical outputs effectively for non-technical audiences. Assist in maintaining and improving data sets used for reporting and model activation. Contribute to product roadmaps and backlog refinement by providing effort and complexity estimates.
