Job Title : Dispatcher

Job Location : Windsor

Pay Rate : $45000 / year

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Dispatcher to coordinate and manage the transportation of goods by connecting shippers with reliable carriers. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills a solid understanding of logistics operations and the ability to build long-term relationships with both clients and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
• Negotiate rates contracts and service agreements
• Coordinate freight movement and ensure timely pickup and delivery
• Track shipments and resolve any transportation issues or delays
• Maintain accurate records of shipments rates and communications
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing account support
