About the Opportunity

• Solution Design & Development : Configure and customize HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center / Employee Center Pro, and HR Knowledge Management.

Portal Development : Build self-service portals and widgets using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and the Service Portal framework.

Workflow Automation : Implement automated workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).

Integration : Connect ServiceNow HRSD with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms using REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Ensure accurate data exchange for job changes, onboarding / offboarding, and employee lifecycle events.

Security & Compliance : Configure role-based access controls and maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data.

Testing & Documentation : Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations and integrations.

Collaboration : Partner with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and platform architects to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Continuous Improvement : Stay current with ServiceNow releases and implement new features such as Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Performance Analytics.

About You

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including at least 3 years in HRSD and Employee Center.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, HRSD data model, and portal development.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Glide scripting.

Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with HR systems such as SuccessFactors or similar platforms.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.

ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification – preferred.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay Range

$87.58 - $97.58 / hr
