Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for duct cleaning and maintenance on residential heating, air conditioning and water heating systems. This role involves conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of HVAC systems. This individual plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal indoor air quality, extending the lifespan of HVAC systems, and contributing to customer experiences.

Responsibilities :
This position will include, but not be limited to the following :
Duct Cleaning
Perform duct cleaning in residential homes using portable vacuum and high-pressured airHVAC Tune Ups
Complete inspection and cleaning of residential gas furnacesComplete inspection and cleaning of central air conditioning unitsPerform safety check on residential HVAC systemsCustomer Solutions
Recommend and explain to the homeowner the services needed to prolong the lifespan of the HVAC equipmentShare the results of the safety check with homeowners and make them aware of any hazardsCustomer Experience
Ensure customers are comfortable, and understand the work conductedExplain the services provided to customers, and what will need to be done to prolong the systems lifespanSafety
Actively participate in the company safety program and maintain cooperation to OH&S guidelinesConduct daily vehicle inspections and basic vehicle maintenanceQualifications :
