Responsibilities

  • Review all submitted team incident reports for quality assurance.
  • Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services.
  • Review and export CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems.
  • Providing excellent customer service to various tenants.
  • Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation.
  • Must be able to cover a guard's shift on an as needed basis.
  • Coordinating day‑to‑day operations to the site supervisor.
  • Responsible for ensuring that security licenses are up to date for bullpen staff.
  • Assist the field supervisor in tracking various training matrices for guards and the team leads.
  • Maintain training matrix and perform other responsibilities as per assigned by the client.

    • Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in security supervisory roles.
  • Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills (English an asset).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid Alberta Security license and first aid card.
  • Must be able to work 4 / 4 - 2 12 hour day shifts & 2 12 hour night rotational shift.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information, and exercise good judgment and discretion.
  • Demonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act powers of arrest.
  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Must have strong customer service skills, mature attitude and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
  • Leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment or independently as required.
