JOB DESCRIPTION : Key Responsibilities
Lead quality engineering efforts for a complex cloud migration project.
Define and implement testing strategies for IVR systems and natural language processing components.
Drive automation initiatives and ensure robust CI / CD integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
QE Leadership : Proven experience leading QE teams on large-scale migration or cloud-based projects.
Cloud & IVR Expertise : Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including testing strategies for voice and natural language processing
Automation Skills : Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman; strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines.
Technical Background : Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving : Ability to navigate challenges and deliver innovative solutions in dynamic environments.
Agile Experience : Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
