Technical Talent Analyst at Collabera Inc | CAPM | CSM | Certified Systems Engineer | Six Sigma Green Belt

Duration : Contract (1 yr)

Location : Toronto, ON-Hybrid (3x / week in office)

Shift / Core Hours : 37.5

Compensation : $75-$77 / Hour

Interview Process : 2 Rounds

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Bug fixes, standard SDLC
• Perform in a high pressure environment if there is a major issue in the application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact financial technology solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, and SQL.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
