Supervisor, Quality

We are seeking a talented and experienced Supervisor Quality at Milton ON to join our Quality Team. Shift Work 8 hours 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM Monday to Friday.

Your future team :

You will become part of the Quality team reporting to the Quality Manager. The team consists of 14-15 team members.

What you will be doing :

• Supervise daytoday QC lab operations and supervise the Quality Control team reporting to the Quality Manager.
• Ensure analytical accuracy product compliance and timely inspection / testing against established specifications.
• Control nonconforming product through segregation documentation and corrective action.
• Maintain calibration and verification of lab equipment and accurate traceable quality records.
• Investigate customer complaints support rootcause analysis and communicate results to factory management.
• Drive staff training scheduling performance reviews and adherence to health & safety practices.
