Property Administrator / Leasing Administrator

Agilus is recruiting for a Property Administrator / Leasing Administrator in the property management sector in in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

A typical day :

• Oversee the day-to-day operational activities from accounting, tenant relations, maintenance, repair and management responsibilities of the commercial properties in the city.
• Managing the tenants’ application process, execute lease agreements and confirm security deposits
• Maintain Tenant Information and Lease agreement
• Track and approve all tenant monthly rental billings / EFT payments
• Communicate with Tenants and Property Managers
