We’re looking for an SMT Operator who enjoys working with precision equipment and wants to be part of a team that delivers mission-critical products.###
• What you’ll do
• Set up and operate SMT production equipment, including printers and pick-and-place machines
• Load materials and prepare components for production
• Inspect products visually and identify defects
• Perform testing, review results, and pack finished products
• Maintain tools, label printers, and routing machines
• Organize and store raw materials like reels and PCBs
• Collaborate with team members to solve issues and improve processes
• Report quality concerns and suggest improvements###
• What you need
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality (required)
• Ability to follow written instructions and learn new equipment (required)
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity with small tools (required)
• Adaptability to changing schedules and priorities (required)
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (required)
• Team-oriented mindset and proactive communication (required)
• Experience in electronics manufacturing (advantage)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)###

• $44,900.00-$59,800.000
