A distribution company in Dartmouth, Canada is seeking an Administrative Associate for maternity leave coverage from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026. The role involves supporting daily administration functions, managing accounts receivable / payable, and generating reports. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in AR / AP, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. This is a full-time position requiring Monday to Friday availability, with overtime as needed.
