00 work hours For more information, please contact : Fitri Gagne@ : - In consort with departments and units, is in charge of drafting and submitting reports to accreditation bodies.

  • Provides expert consultation for key stakeholders and leaders within the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences on topics related to accreditation.
  • Assesses the impact of requests for support against the workload in ongoing projects, helps to provide feasible timelines for project management.
  • Identifies key stakeholders and required staff resources for the accreditation process within particular programs and makes recommendations to IAU team.
  • Provides analysis-based decision support to accreditation related projects. - Collects quantitative and qualitative data by designing and administering questionnaires, and surveys, literature reviews (such as best practices for accreditation) and organizes qualitative research with key stakeholders for the accreditation purposes.
  • Develops documentation to assist programs with their accreditation needs, including but not limited to : data visualizations, curriculum mapping, process mapping, organizational charts, primers, and action plans.
  • Conducts content review, gap analysis, progress and evidence tracking, editing, formatting of the accreditation reports in support of the College Deans.
  • Provides solutions to project management related problems and takes corrective assistance action to ensure programs / projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Reports and advises management of project status, progress and delays, resources issues and communication issues.- Prepares reports summarizing accreditation / project data according to specific required parameters and format.
  • Coordinates the logistics, plans, organizes and facilitates the large accreditation workshops, educational sessions, external reviews and site visits, in-person or virtually.
  • Develops and maintains policy / standard operating procedures and process documents relevant to the Integrated Accreditation Unit.
  • Supervises the work of accreditation administrator, assigns works, trains, manages and supports performance.- Conducts consultations with various university departments / units to assure alignment of the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences accreditation processes and university policy (e.

g. : U of M copyright office, U of M access and privacy office, Office of Human Rights and Conflict management, etc.).- Conducts needs assessment with key stakeholders at all levels of Rady Faculty of Health Sciences and provides advice.

  • Checks accreditation bodies' websites and their online publications regularly and reports changes that may have an impact on the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences accredited programs.
  • Keeps up to date web based Rady Faculty of Health Sciences accreditation website and drafts communications with internal faculty and staff to promote accreditation as a continuous quality improvement process.
  • Represents the department on University committees.- Participates daily, in a variety of duties associated with the accreditation process and collaborates with senior leadership, as required;

stays informed of accreditation standards as it relates to the area.- Stays updated on and guides programs at Rady Faculty of Health Sciences on the underlying accreditation standards.

  • Assists other IAU staff during peak periods and absences.- May be required to perform related duties not exceeding skills and capabilities as : MINIMUM FORMAL EDUCATION / TRAINING REQUIRED : - Undergraduate / bachelor's degree in a related discipline required.
  • Advanced degree preferred.- Training and experience related to survey software such as Lime Survey, Survey Monkey required.
  • Training and experience related to conducting data analysis and preparing statistical reports required. EXPERIENCE : - Two years of directly-related project management and data analysis experience required.
  • Experience overseeing work activities and supervising others preferred. - Experience with accreditation standards in higher education and / or experience with legislative standards required.
  • Experience working with surveys tools is required.- Experience collecting data, meeting quality standards, conducting data analysis, and preparing statistical reports based upon quantitative and qualitative data analysis, required.
  • Experience conducting literature reviews, secondary research and qualitative data analysis required.- Experience conducting business information analysis from a variety of resources and preparing summary reports required.
  • Experience with Quality Improvement projects in higher education or a similar field preferred. - Demonstrated experience managing large-scale in person or virtual events / meetings preferred.
  • Proven ability in collating and synthesizing business information from a variety of sources with exceptional attention to detail preferred.
  • An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. SKILLS & ABILITIES : - Ability to read large numbers of documents (accreditation standards, policies, legislative standards, guidelines, etc.

with accuracy and attention to detail in order to meet strict deadlines required.- Knowledge of University regulations, programs, and procedures as they relate to accreditation preferred.

Must possess knowledge of Lime Survey or a similar survey platform including : developing survey structure and selecting question types;

organizing logical relationship and setting conditions; publishing and administering of the survey; collecting responses and providing data analysis.

  • Must have advanced knowledge and experience in Adobe Acrobat Professional features in creating large complex text- searchable documents from any authoring application.
  • Must have advanced Excel skills that include knowledge of Excel formulas, macros and other advanced data analysis features in Excel.
  • Knowledge of SPSS or similar systems preferred. - Demonstrated ability to calculate descriptive and inferential statistics is an asset.
  • Ability to translate key information for projects in meaningful and visually appealing formats (infographics) preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide advice and develop and present informational materials required.
  • Demonstrated experience planning, administrating, facilitating projects and events required.- Must be analytical, conscientious, accurate and precise.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate and establish work priorities and deadlines required.- Ability to act independently as a resource person for the success of accreditation processes required.
  • Ability to make sound independent judgments and utilize problem solving abilities required.- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various levels, including senior leaders, both internal and external contacts required.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple priorities required.- Satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.
