We’re hiring an HVAC Technician in Windsor, ON!

$30.00–$38.00 / hr (based on experience)

Full-time, permanent position

Residential & light commercial service environment

On-call rotation, overtime available

Responsibilities :

Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Diagnose system issues and recommend effective, code-compliant solutions

Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections

Ensure all work meets local HVAC codes, safety standards, and quality expectations

Communicate effectively with customers, inspectors, suppliers, and internal team members

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements :

Minimum 313D license with Gas Fitter 2 (313A with commercial experience is an asset)

Strong knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to apply them in a practical manner

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 100 lbs

Willingness to participate in a scheduled on-call rotation

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach
