About the Role

We\u2019re seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team\u2019s operations and drive efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage CRM data entry and maintain accurate sales records
Coordinate sales meetings, calls, and client communications
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations
Track sales metrics and generate reports for leadership
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
Handle customer inquiries and ensure seamless communication
Assist with onboarding new clients and processing documentation

What We\u2019re Looking For

1-3 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Tech-savvy with MS Office / Google Workspace expertise
