VIRTUAL CAMPUS COORDINATOR

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Virtual Campus Coordinator is responsible for the management, development and proper functioning of the online learning platforms. He/she ensures that students and teachers have an optimal user experience by coordinating the pedagogical and technical resources necessary for distance learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and administer the online training platform, ensuring its accessibility, performance and stability;
• Coordinate the online publication of educational content in collaboration with teachers and academic teams;
• Train and support teachers and students in the use of distance learning tools and technologies;
• Provide technical and pedagogical support to users of the virtual campus;
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize the online learning experience;
• Analyze usage data and produce reports to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Ensure compliance with quality and compliance standards related to distance education;
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security, maintenance and evolution of digital platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a degree in educational management, educational technology, business or a related field;
• 3 to 5 years of experience primarily in managing online learning platforms (LMS);
• Experience in training, coaching or coaching teachers and students;
• Excellent proficiency in digital tools and distance learning technologies;
• Fluency in the French language (oral and written);
• Proficiency in the English language at a professional level (oral and written).

This role involves frequent interactions with students, faculty, and internal and external partners nationally and internationally. Professional proficiency in English is therefore required.
