These credit gurus act as subject matter experts providing guidance and support to credit associates and support teams, enhancing the development of our credit capabilities. Your role : Client engagement. Credit underwriting. Risk management. Learning. Analyze credit application and recommend appropriate financing structures Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Risk Management teams to support sound credit decisions Approve credit requests within delegated limits and prepare recommendations for complex cases Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Contribute to portfolio assessments to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies Your Team Within the Equipment Finance sector, you'll be part of a large team of colleagues and report to the Credit Manager.
