Join VendorPM as a Senior Frontend Engineer and help modernize vendor lifecycle management for commercial real estate. We are a fast‑growing Toronto startup recognized as one of Canada’s best workplaces.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement user‑facing features using ReactJS, TypeScript, ViteJS, Tailwind CSS, and deploy services on AWS Amplify.
- Leverage AI coding assistants and prompt engineering for code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and performance diagnostics.
- Measure and optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, FCP, CLS) and other performance metrics.
- Maintain high standards with automated tests (unit, integration, e2e), linting, type safety, and peer reviews.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with backend engineers, designers, and product managers; mentor junior engineers.
- Contribute ideas to product direction, engineering tools, and team culture beyond coding.
Qualifications
4–6+ years of professional frontend development experience with proven impact on shipped products.Deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, ViteJS, Tailwind CSS, and deploying on AWS Amplify or similar.Experience with AI coding tools and interest in prompt engineering.Strong grasp of frontend architecture, component design, state management patterns.Proven ability to optimize performance against Core Web Vitals.Comfort with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).Track record of leading projects end‑to‑end from ideation to rollout and monitoring.Collaborative, customer‑focused mindset; mentor peers and influence technical direction.Autonomous, self‑sufficient team orientation; excited about solving real‑world problems.Benefits

Compensation
130K‑140K CAD.
