At XCMG Canada Ltd., we don’t just move heavy equipment—we move possibilities. We’re looking for a Yard Crew Member who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and enjoys a hands-on role.

What You’ll Do

• Keep our machines ready for action — run the equipment regularly to charge the batteries and ensure everything stays in top shape (no flat tires or surprises).
• Own the Yard & Warehouse — keep equipment, tools, and inventory organized, clean, and ready to roll.
• Handle with Skill — operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and skid steers with confidence.
• Keep Things Moving — load, unload, track, and store equipment / materials with accuracy.
• Maintenance & TLC — perform basic maintenance, minor repairs, and assist with landscaping.
• Safety First — inspect shipments, log damages, verify packing slips, and uphold safety standards.
• Team Support — work cross-functionally and provide professional, friendly service to colleagues and partners.
