Roles and responsibilities :
Manage, coordinate and complete optimization mandates in asset management, maintenance and reliability;
Help our clients develop and implement improvement strategies;
Manage complex improvement projects with multiple stakeholders;
Participate in the development of practices and methodologies;
Develop and run training courses.
Skills :
Over 10 years of experience in asset management or maintenance;
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
Membership in the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec);
Excellent communication and facilitation skills;
Proficient in team management and possess strong leadership abilities;
Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously, and skilled in content development;
Familiarity with asset management principles, including ISO55000;
Preferred experience and accreditation in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM);
CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) accreditation is a plus;
Proficient in using the Office suite;
Fluent in both spoken and written French and English;
Willingness to travel outside Montreal and internationally.
