As their continue to expand, they are looking for dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative who thrive in a hunter role to join the team.

Position : Inside Sales Representative

Location : Ville St-Laurent (Montréal)

Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and engage potential clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Qualifying Leads : Assess the needs of prospective clients, qualify their interest and fit for our payment solutions, and schedule product demonstrations or meetings.
  • Sales Presentations : Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our payment solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management : Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Negotiation and Closing : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product offerings to effectively address client needs and objections.

Requirements :

  • Proven Sales Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the payment solutions or fintech industry.
  • Hunter Mentality : Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with tenacity and determination.
  • Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Passion for understanding client needs and providing solutions that drive their success.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools; comfortable with virtual communication platforms.
  • Results-Driven : Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive and productive team culture.
