Insurance Sales Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member

What We’re Looking For :

OTL – Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)

Sales experience is an asset but not required

Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and listening

A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

A team player with a strong work ethic and growth mindset

What You’ll Do :

Engage clients through personalized, value-based conversations

Provide insurance quotes and explain product options clearly and confidently

Build and maintain relationships through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups

Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service

Identify gaps in coverage and recommend solutions that meet client needs

Salary Range : $55,000 – $90,000 per year (base salary plus commission / bonuses)
