Salary Range: 110k-130k

Your Responsibilities

• Handling liability claims that have various levels of complexity
• Assessing claims for accuracy, coverage and compliance with the policies
• Investigating and gathering the necessary information to evaluate claims
• Communicating with policy holders, brokers and other involved parties
• Documenting all activities and decisions promptly and accurately
• Collaborating with other team members and other departments
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally.
• Other duties as assigned

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 10+years of working experience handling medium and large sized claims in the liability line of business
• Knowledge and capabilities handling multi-line claims is an asset
• Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of claims and prioritize tasks effectively
• Superior attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
