Job Description

Conduct workshops to capture functional needs and grasp the essential elements of a business process, analyze them quickly and extract the strengths and weaknesses subject to improvement in the client's particular context;
Customize and configure the sales / Customer service and possibly Field Service modules of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE - CRM software package at our customers' sites;
Understand the interactions between processes in order to be able to advise the client;
Write detailed functional specifications;
Support the client during functional and integrated tests;
Training of super-users at the customer's site.

Qualifications

Possess an undergraduate degree (bachelor's degree) in the field of information technology (computer science, software engineering or computer engineering) in an appropriate discipline or equivalent;

Five (5) years of experience as a consultant in the implementation of the Dynamics 365 CRM software package;

Excellent functional knowledge in one or more of the following sectors : sales, marketing, customer service, field service, project management;

Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CE solutions such as sales, Customer Service (Field service, marketing, Power Apps portals are an asset);

Power Automate experience an asset;

Knowledge and handling of Java scripts an asset;

Very good knowledge of best business practices and business processes;

Excellent oral and written communication skills in French;

Be willing to travel to carry out mandates within the province of Quebec.
