Job Description

FLINT is seeking dual ticketed Journeyperson / Apprentice Electricians & Instrumentation Technicians  for a long-term, permanent Fly-In / Fly-Out (FIFO) opportunity based in Hay River, NT , starting January, 2026. This position follows a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule. The successful candidate will perform operational tasks, with training provided on-site. Company-provided accommodation will be arranged in a shared contractor condo , offering a comfortable living environment. Benefits are available after 300+ hours worked.

Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair transmitters, sensors, analyzers, and control valves.
• Support small projects, upgrades, and system modifications as needed.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals.
• Follow all OH&S, Client, and FLINT safety policies, including LOTO procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure reliable plant performance.
• Provide occasional after-hours support and maintain safety documentation and KPIs.
