The Field Service Technician is responsible for field service work performed on HPS products on‑site. Communicates requirements to Production, Testing, Engineering and Quality Assurance and assists with elimination of similar issues in the future. Assists customers with troubleshooting and coordinates various tests on units requiring repairs or modifications. The incumbent must be available for emergency situations and eligible for international travel.
