Your Opportunity

BDO is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our growing team, with the ability to work from anywhere in Canada. This is a new position in the team.

The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for building, configuring, and extending the ServiceNow platform across both internal and client engagements, delivering scalable, secure, and high‑quality solutions aligned to architectural standards and business requirements. You will provide hands‑on technical execution for ServiceNow initiatives including ITSM and CSM implementations, platform modernisations, and legacy tool transitions (e.g., SysAid to ServiceNow), as well as the enablement of automation and AI‑driven capabilities to improve operational efficiency and service experience.

Working under the guidance of the Solution Architect, the Senior Developer ensures solutions are upgrade‑safe, maintainable, and production‑ready, while supporting continuous improvement and managed services operations across client environments. To be successful, you will be responsible for :

Platform Configuration & Development

• Configure and extend ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, client / server scripts, and catalog items.
• Build and maintain automation using Flow Designer and related tools.
• Support Virtual Agent and self‑service experiences as part of automation and deflection strategies.
• Develop integrations using REST / SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub where required.

The expected range of compensation for this role is $84,000 - $128,000 annually.
