You will:
- Ensure labour models are accurate and up to date.
- Provide vision and strategy to automate reporting and evolve labour models.
- Drive performance and value initiatives across the organization.
- Lead talent development and build a high-performing team.
- Integrate labour models across multiple teams and functions.
- Manage labour studies throughout the year and track productivity metrics.
- Lead strategic projects, including developing a productivity-based labour model in collaboration with industrial engineers.
- Develop a labour model roadmap and team growth strategy.
- Manage 3–4 direct reports and provide direction to a team of labour engineers.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and develop labour engineers.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing large-scale projects withpeting priorities.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Industry Background: Experience in energy, medical, manufacturing, or retail sectors.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional time management and strategic thinking.
