The Role

In this role, you’ll help lead financial due diligence and provide both buy-and-sell side advisory services. You’ll work closely with our Deloitte diligence team, building strong relationships with various collaborators on each project. Your day-to-day will involve diving into target businesses, reviewing business plans, and preparing quality of earnings reports, all while identifying risks and potential valuation impacts for our clients.

The Transaction Services team is a collaborative group that helps clients navigate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. We're growing and support clients through every stage of the M&A process, working on deals of all sizes across diverse industries, both in Canada and internationally. We're a close-knit, independent team that values client service, career growth, and having fun along the way.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $106,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.   • Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials and completion or near completion of a CPA or other accounting designation
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
