Product Lead - Software Developer - Pharmacy

Salary : $80,000 - 100,000 per year

Responsibilities :

Take full ownership of the product lifecycle for the OkRx Pharmacy or Prescriber platform

Create and manage the product roadmap while prioritizing features by user impact and business value

Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to transform concepts into clear, actionable requirements

Partner with business leads to outline product strategies, pricing structures, and market positioning

Collect user feedback and convert insights into actionable product enhancements

Drive engagement and measurable outcomes within pharmacy teams

Oversee release planning, quality assurance activities, and market readiness initiatives

Ensure effective scaling of the product within Canadas intricate reimbursement framework
