Responsibilities

• As a Franchise Store Operator, you will lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location.
• The opportunity to operate your own business, with the support of a corporate network
• The ability to encourage and endorse community activities and involvement
• Foster a positive work environment by creating a coaching and development culture that embraces a passion for food
• Lead and create a shopping experience that engages customers in a way that enhances loyalty, sales, and profit
• Adherence to brand standards
• Adherence to provincial Occupational Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines
• Provide direction and leadership for the entire store
