Job Description

Technical Manual Illustrator / Writer – Engineering.

Position Summary :

The Technical Manual Illustrator will create, update, and modify Parts Manuals, Service Manuals, Operating Manuals, and other technical instructions / documents as required. Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements, gather information from subject-matter experts, and develop, organize, and write procedures, technical specifications, and process documentation. Reviews and ensures all documents / manuals are accurate, meet our specifications, and adhere to our quality, formatting, and style standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Excellent technical writing skills.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma from a recognized institution

Desired Characteristics

Be proficient in using Adobe Acrobat software, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDraw.
