About the Role

As a Program Manager at Botpress, you will be a key member of our Delivery team, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their implementation journey. You will lead scoping and discovery calls to understand client needs, translate business requirements into technical solutions alongside our Solutions Architects, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard. You will develop deep enough platform expertise to run demos, create proof of concepts, and speak credibly about what is possible.

You will coordinate across the Delivery team to keep engagements moving, serve as the first line of escalation when issues arise, and support the sales process to instill customer confidence. Once implementations are live, you will maintain relationships through regular strategy calls, ensuring customers continue to get value from the platform. This role spans both enterprise engagements and our Managed Services offering, requiring comfort navigating complex stakeholder environments and maintaining a portfolio of ongoing client relationships.
