The Mission : Core Payments at Fullscript

The Core Payments team is the revenue engine powering Fullscripts growth. We own the end-to-end ecommerce experience including cart checkout payments taxes discounts payouts and financial reporting. Every transaction every order and every dollar flows through what this team builds. We deliver reliability security and correctness - while still learning and moving fast.

The Role

Were looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the Core Payments pod. This role blends deep technical leadership with people leadership. You are expected to make critical decisions regarding the teams focus and participate in system design planning. You will stay close to the work while owning systems at the heart of the business and creating the conditions for safe reliable delivery.

What Youll Do

• Lead a cross-functional Product Engineering pod responsible for payments
• Collaborate across Fullscripts engineering org as a technical authority for payments-related decisions
• Own the checkout experience end to end from cart to confirmation
• Design and maintain integrations with payment processing platforms such as Stripe
• Build and evolve connections to financial systems and fulfillment platforms
• Ensure payment flows are secure auditable and highly reliable
• Balance feature delivery with the operational rigor required for revenue-critical systems
