Purpose of Position :

To maintain the aircraft in an airworthy condition and carry out maintenance tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Under the direction of the Crew Chief or a licensed engineer carry out inspection(s) dismantle and assemble aircraft systems for repair and / or overhaul of aircraft systems and its components on Company aircraft. This will include learning and understanding troubleshooting aircraft defects and carry out corrective action as required.
• Carry out maintenance duties on Company aircraft.
• Report on issues affecting the serviceability of aircraft.
• Ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with Company requirements and Transport Canada regulations.
• Perform duties in accordance with our established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety the safety of co-workers and customers.

Key Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited Transport Canadaapproved Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) program.
