Job description :
As Sanitation Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all sanitation-related activities within our company. You will lead a team responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our production facilities.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize and supervise sanitation operations according to established standards and procedures.
- Train staff in sanitation and ensure compliance with good hygiene practices.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning and disinfection programs to prevent contamination.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Manage the human, material and financial resources required to carry out sanitation activities.
- Carry out regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards and propose corrective measures were necessary.
Skills and qualifications :
Diploma of professional studiesPrevious experience in a similar position, preferably in the food industryKnowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning / disinfection protocolsTeam management and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and rigorous application of hygiene standardsAbility to work independently and communicate effectively with different levels of managementDynamic and stimulating work environment
