Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trade Marketing Specialist. The Trade Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining market planning strategies, using analytical skills to identify opportunities and areas of improvement, executing trade marketing initiatives, managing communications with key stakeholders, and supporting marketing initiatives. Manage and maintain trade marketing portals (MEI, PlanIT and Exceedra). Measure the success of trade spend monthly (ROI). Monthly reporting features on where and when trade spend will happen by brand by rep. Deliver analytics to the sales team to help identify SWOT analytics for their customers. Creation of tasks into Salesforce as it pertains to trade spend. Help with forecasting, distribution functions and back up of OI and / or MCB practices. Help create trade spend goals and KPI’s for the sales group and company to meet and achieve

Market Planning and Analytical SkillsTrade Marketing experienceExcellent written and verbal Communication skillsMarketing experienceAbility to work independently, and as part of a teamProficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other relevant softwareBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the sales and marketing industry is a plus
