WINTER SEASON- (DEC TO MARCH 22)

WAGE $20.02 PLUS GRATUITY

4 TO 5 Shifts per WEEK

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The purpose of this role is to follow recipes, chef guidance, SOPs, and safety regulations while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the assigned station and kitchen, and delivering high-quality, properly served food and beverage products

  • Follow recipesand instructions to prep and cook meals in large / small quantities.
  • Understand food sanitation, First in First Out (FIFO) and food storage.
  • Learn and receive training to develop technique.
  • Prioritize job duties based on importance.
  • General knife skills.

  • 6 months to 1 year experience
  • Experience on working with deep fryers and Grills
  • Good Team player
  • Able to work weekends
